Service Description
Be a vendor at your favorite katy community market! October 11, 2025 4:00pm-9:00pm Cost: $80 per booth Vendors must provide their own equipment i.e.: canopies, tables, chairs, lights, generators etc.. All fees are nonrefundable as they are used to promote the event. No electricity or running water is available. It is an OUTDOOR EVENT. Set up time: Vendors will begin set up at 12:00 pm and Breakdown once market ends.
Cancellation Policy
Cost: $80 per booth -Vendors must provide their own equipment i.e.: canopies, tables, chairs, lights, generators etc.. -All fees are nonrefundable as they are used to promote the event. -No electricity or running water is available. It is an OUTDOOR EVENT. -Set up time: Vendors will begin set up at 10:00 am and Breakdown once market ends. Cancellations: If there is a cancellation: 1. By Vendor: If Vendor needs to cancel, they must notify KTX Legacy Venue by email to info@ktxlegacyvenue.com (10) days prior to event date. Any cancellations of the event will not receive a refund. By cancelling, Vendor forfeits their spot at the Event. 2. By KTX Legacy Venue: If a cancellation of the Event by KTX Legacy Venue is necessary due to unforeseen circumstances, acts of a third party, or other circumstances which (in KTX Legacy Venue sole judgment) may compromise the safety of Event participants, then the Event will be rescheduled and there will be no refunds to Vendors.
